Research Administrator

We currently have a full time vacancy for an Administrator in the Research Department.
Duties include:
* Providing general administration support to the department
* Update and maintain databases
* Produce reports for the department
* Maintain records for purchase orders/invoices
You must have experience in general office duties and be numerate. Good IT skills in particular Excel and Word.
Telephone Researcher

As a telephone researcher, your primary focus will be to carry out extensive telephone work, data preparation and administrative duties. You will make outbound calls to a variety of construction industry professionals, including architects, contractors and subcontractors in order to create and update detailed planning project reports.
As a motivated professional with a proactive, mature and responsible attitude, you will have excellent communication and rapport building skills, preferably with previous telephone experience. Computer literacy, drive, an eagerness to learn and a strong desire to progress are a must.
Telesales Executive

The company is looking for a competent, target driven person who works well under pressure to join their telesales team. Day to day duties will include calling a self-sourced prospects database/company client base, as well as following up the leads generated by numerous marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for making appointments for the external sales team in order to achieve revenue targets and earn uncapped commission on a monthly basis where targets have been achieved.
The development and future progression of Telesales Executives is actively encouraged within this well established company.
Reporting to the Sales/Client Manager, normal duties will include:
- Prospecting for business sector segmentation and development of pipeline
- Undertaking cold calling using data from the prospect management system and bought-in lists
- Appointment making for our external sales team
- Calling client base with details of new products and/or services
- Renewal of subscriptions to the client base
