Who are we?
Chris Davies
General Manager Civil Division
As the overall manager of the in-4-structure department Chris manages the sales and research function for the entire department. Chris brings an in-depth knowledge of the industry to the team. From his past 15 years experience of working in the civil engineering arena of construction, he has developed key skills through a number of diverse roles within the public & private sector. Chris works and plays hard, loves surfing and skating, ice & rock climbing, and the obligatory socialising.

Emma Eadie
Head of Research for Scotland & Northern England Region
During the past 8 years Emma has been one of the continuing strengths behind the civil engineering research function. Backed by an exceptional knowledge of the engineering industry, Emma continues to add value to projects through her insight into the northern region. Aged 30, Emma enjoys her free time by socialising with family and friends, a bit of retail therapy, and is a keen walker and swimmer.
Garry Thomason
Head of Research for London and South East
Garry joined the in-4-structure team back in September 2007, and has been a very dynamic addition to the team. From a call centre environment and with good experience in client facing roles, Garry thrives on the construction buzz that surrounds London. At 26, Garry has a lot of drive and ambition and has an active social life that revolves around the Gym, Football, Music and the pub.
Jamie Cullen
UK Research team Leader & Head for South West Region
For the past 10 years Jamie has been an integral part of the research department within the planning division. As the newly appointed In-4-Structure research team leader, Jamie is tasked to oversee project quality and overall team productivity. Aged 36, Jamie enjoys playing and watching football and cricket as well as enjoying an active social calendar.

Paul Logan
Head of Research for Wales
Paul is the latest recruit to join the in-4-structure division, an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a solid background of client facing roles within a number of PLC organisations. A 24 year old Thespian, Paul loves to tread the boards at his local theatre and enjoys live music.
Steve Holland
Head of Research for Midlands
For the past 10 years Stephen has been in the forefront of research within the ‘pre-planning arena’ that pinpoint projects in their embryonic stages – more recently Stephen has played a central role in creation of the renowned Barbour ABI quarterly newsletter ‘Construction Review’. Stephen is a keen golfer and enjoys family life as well as his focussed kickboxing training.
Gaye Bellis
UK Principle Sales Executive
For the past 15 years, Gaye has thrived in sales, and has a keen instinct to forge client relationships as well as create niche opportunities within the industry. For a number of years, Gaye spearheaded a specialist team to profile and prospect key account clients. From a sales and marketing background in construction, Gaye’s industry analysis adds another level to her continued success. Outside work, travel, cooking, music and gardening along with an appreciation of good wine keep Gaye busy.
