This section contains instructions on how to use the Company Profiler service of Interactive:

To Begin:
Go to our website www.barbour-abi.com and enter your unique username and password in the quick login box.

This is the main Customer Area. Here you can choose which Active Service you require. Choose “Company Profiler” from the control panel to search for a particular company’s activities.

Click on List search results icon in the control panel.

You will see a list of all the companies matching your search criteria. Click on the relevant Company Name in the list to view more details.

You will see the company address details and also any projects they are working on in the area you specified.

In this example the company is working on several projects. Below the list of projects the company is working on currently, there is another section outlining the companies Redrow has worked with. This section enables you to see the relationships the company you have searched upon has with other companies in the industry.

At the bottom of this page there is a watch button, you can set a watch on the company and Interactive will notify you when any projects the company is involved in are updated or when the company starts work on any new projects reported on by Barbour ABI.

There is also a “List All Contacts” button at the bottom which will show you all the contacts we have listed at the company which have been active in the last twelve months. The contact list will open in a separate window as shown below.

At the bottom of this page there is a watch button, you can set a watch on the company and Interactive will notify you when any projects the company is involved in are updated or when the company starts work on any new projects reported on by Barbour ABI.

You can click on the project title to see information about each individual project.

To return to the list of projects for the selected company click on the Return to summary button at the bottom of the page.

If you wish to return to the list of companies matching your initial search, click on the "Return to summary" button at the bottom of this page.

If you wish to start a new search, click on the "Edit profile" button on the control panel.

Alternatively, click the "Select service" button on the control panel if you wish to use a different Interactive service.

This will return you to the first page of Interactive where you can access Business leads and the Management Pack etc.
