Trackbase has expired. Import a recent data file to activate

The Trackbase software expires after 5 weeks, if no new data supplied by ABI is imported. This is because our customers pay to use the software for the duration of time they are receiving data from us. If you subscribe to the Trackbase software, as soon as you import your first live data feed you will be able to view all the data you had received during your trial too.

If one of your colleagues sends project to you, rather than you receiving a direct feed from ABI, then your Trackbase may not activate automatically. If this is the case, click "Data Manager" (pull-down menu) on the main menu and select "System Settings...". Go to the "Import" section and ensure "Update 'Reported Date' when importing backups" is ticked. Click on "OK" to save the change and re-import some recent projects.

If importing recently supplied data still does not stop this message, please check your system clock is correct.
