Here is a summary of benefits and incentives available to Barbour ABI employees. Some are only available once probationary period has been passed:
HOLIDAYS– You are entitled to five weeks (twenty five working days) paid holiday per year pro-rata. This increases to twenty seven working days after two calendar years of employment
PENSION – Informa operates a money purchase pension scheme which colleagues can join upon the successful completion of their probationary period
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT – We have an in-house training department who run numerous courses throughout the year. These include the development of knowledge and skills to support you in your job as well as personal development.
LIFE ASSURANCE – All new starts are automatically covered by life assurance of four times their basic salary (provided they are at least eighteen years old)
CHILDCARE VOUCHERS – This enables colleagues to take part of their salary in childcare vouchers. The benefit to colleagues is that they don’t have to pay income tax or National Insurance contributions on the part of the salary they take in vouchers
EYECARE VOUCHERS – It is recommended that colleagues have an eye examination every two years. A voucher, which covers the full cost of an eye test is accepted at 95% of UK Opticians.
TALENT SPOTTER SCHEME – Informa offers colleagues the opportunity to claim up to £500 for successfully recommending somebody they know to fill one of our vacancies
REWARD GATEWAY – Colleague discounts on a variety of products and services.
SHARESAVE SCHEME – Informa runs an employee ShareMatch program which offers a ‘buy one share, get one free’ arrangement for purchasing Informa shares for all employees.
